The ability to save a league as a quickstart (all teams, all logos, etc.) but with no players. When I finally create my league by hand with all the parks and logos, I'd like to be able to save that work and re-start that league from scratch over and over again.

I'd also like to see the ability to define my lineups from a more abstract perspective. For instance, in my "quick" league, I have a tendency to sim a week at a time. I'd like to set up particular players in roles rather than having to create discrete 7-day lineups or lineups vs. RHP or LHP. For instance, I'd like to be able to mark a guy as an everyday 2nd baseman. Or, when this guy is in the lineup, I want to bat him 3rd. Personally, I think this makes it easier when playing as a GM. You hire your field manager and he makes the lineups each day, but you also have control (from an abstract point of view) as to who is in that lineup their position and where they bat. For me, this makes it a heck of a lot easier and gives me more control when auto-simming, without having to make discrete changes everytime there's an injury or trade. It's more of a "look, Mr. Manager, I don't care who you put in the lineup or where as long as a) b) and c)..." Also, I'd like the game to recognize the whole day game after night game routine and have my backup catcher start (again, have this as an option in the abstract lineup rule set).

Oh, and the ability to change the scoreboard font
