UBA Announces Link With International League
NEW YORK, NY. March 13, 1912 - League President's James Gilmore and William Witman of the United Baseball Association have announced a developmental link with the International League.
Teams will be able to send newly recruited players to the International League to develop their baseball skills. Each team will have a designed affiliate in the league.
