I'm going to need more information. Can you tell me where you installed OOTP11? What I mean is did you install the game to your C:/Program Files folder or did you install it into your My Documents folder? The
data directory is a sub file folder that the game installs by default. It is located inside the parent directory file folder named Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 11.
My friend I'm not doubting your word but you may want to check and make sure you extracted the photos to the
photos file folder and not the
pictures file folder. Another thing to check is to see if when you extracted the photos that somehow a file folder was created inside of the photos folder with the photos from my mod in that file folder. All you need to do in that case is to simply move the photos directly into the photos folder. If you need further instructions as to how to move the photos then let me know.
