I Cheated....
Actually I made it in Paint.net. The image that is. Then I played with the actual default xml file to get the sizes, stats, and x,coordinates correct (trail and error). I even make Larger ones with action photos I got from the web..If you'd like to learn, I can teach you..It's real easy.
