OK, that's fair, but it's an item that can be confusing. When someone customizes a ballpark with ball locations, etc., and exports it for someone to import, it does come with ballpark factors. This is a problem in the game design, but putting that aside for the moment. The ballpark factors will be whatever happened to be in place for that ballpark, for that league, for whatever season was going on when the author exported that ballpark. So you are just importing that data, whether or not it's appropriate for your particular league or season. In any event, come the next season, the factors will change according the ballpark DB.
