I'm going to be updating the cities, nations, and weather db files shortly for release in a patch.

I've noticed Saipan being listed among American cities, as well. And while Mal is correct that Saipan is part of the US, municipalities within the Northern Marianas should be shown separately, as is the case with all other US territories. (Notice that Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam are all listed as separate nations.)
