So you don't use ratings at all? I understand what you are saying though. I've been playing since OOTP7 but really got INTO it during versions 9 and 10. I'd say that have gotten good at judging talent myself, almost to the point where I feel I can maybe easily rip the AI off if I don't use some discretion. But I am curious as to whether or not Stars make it harder than Numbers.
