Three places to put these:
For default path:
1) C:\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\pictures
2) C:\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\saved_games\YourGame.lg\news\html\images
3) C:\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\skins\ootp classic\images
OR
For custom path:
1) F:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\pictures
2) F:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\saved_games\YourGame.lg\news\html\images
3) F:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\skins\ootp classic\images
This will ensure it showing correctly on all fronts. For the skins, make sure to delete "skin.bin". This will recreate itself next time you start and will automatically use the new picture whenever you use that skin.
