Sorry guys, I have no problem giving credit, I just gave it to the owner's that suggested them
I am adding the credits to my league rules page right now because I do beleive in giving credit where it is due.
As for that rules adjusting rule, that's only after one real time major league season, it was really for the initial season since by the time another major league season is over, there is no telling how far we'll be in the league...
Once again, I am going to give some credit to those leagues right now, thanks for pointing it out guys...
