You see, I'm actually having the opposite issues. I imported Cubby's Rosters for the '10 season from OOTPX to 11, and in my lower/rookie leagues I'm having hitters hit from .080 to .200 as a high, and pitchers just dominating. It seems that it's also affecting my hitter's development as well.
I'll try to post some screen shots later, but I have just the opposite problem. None of my A ball or rookie league players can hit at all.
