It may be scouting and AI evaluation that has led to Blackburn being demoted to AAA. Looking at his raw ratings in the editor, they are in line with most projections of his statistics for 2010, and if anything, his movement rating may be too high given his past stats. I think this is the type of feedback they've looking for though.
