Oh my goodness!
After a few clicks (downloaded and installed the history and all-in-one addons, then loaded a quick-start game) and a little bit of patience.....and I have my favorite professional team with facegen pictures! This is definitely the best OOTP ever! This is what I had always hoped for, but was never quite able to get. Now everything is fine unless my favorite team doesn't win the 2010 World Series

I recently had entered a support ticket for OOTP X. Before opening a ticket, I was skeptical of the new support system. But overall, the response was more immediate and I got professional one-on-one support. I give the new system two thumbs up.
