Eligibility Requirements: Players must have spent a minimum of 10 seasons in the major leagues. There is also a five year waiting period before any retired player can be placed on the ballot and a player is only eligible for the 20 years following their retirement. Those who spent their entire careers in the NNL will be eligible for five years once they are included on this ballot.
Players who spent most or all of their career in the PBRL Negro Leagues are being considered for induction. Please note that the Park Adjusted OPS+ numbers are for a player's PBRL stats only.
