I've only had the game a week, for the most part pretty happy with it save one issue.

It seems that once an AI controlled team sets its rotation prior to opening day it wants to remain with it regardless of pitcher performance. I've tried changing the AI player evaluation weights, not only at the start of the season but also altering them at the start of every month (as the season progresses a greater weight is placed on this yrs stats, the inverse for the previous season). With few excepts the opening day rotation remains in place.

Any solutions or input would be appreciated.
