Weyhing wins 200th

Gus Weyhing of the Brooklyn Wonders won the 200th game of his career in an April 19th game against the Newark Bears on his way to a 5-1 month with a 1.50 ERA, earning himself Pitcher of the Month honors. Weyhing is just the fourth pitcher to win 200 games, and at 32 years old he is signed through the 1900 season.
Bill Dahlen of the Buffalo Bisons moved into the all-time hit lead and now has 1802 hits in his quest to become the first player ever to reach 2000 hits.
