BTW- I use 10% for foreignor percentage. However I edited the Nations within the game to only have foreignors from European nations. This is to reflect the influx of European immigrants to the U.S. in the early 1900's. My ethnicities file is modified to 100% for caucasion faces for each nation. I also use the nation editor in the game to change the name/language for the U.S. to 70 for US (Historical), German 10, Irish 10, Italian 5, and Scottish 5. This again is to reflect the first generation born players of immigrants to the US. Note, I set all non-European countries basball quality to non-existent.
