I am currently finishing the 1940's then I plan on finishing the 1970's and then the 1930's and then the 1980's and so on and so on.
This db has been merged with the Japanese db that is available in the mods forum and will be merged with the Korean db once that is tested.
Just finished the OOTPx version that includes the neutralized stats option.
