Well, FWIW, I'm using the latest patch, and I'm not having any success re-importing the ethnicities database... I'm trying to shrink the baseball world down to a half dozen nations, but the game continues to create players from all over the world, even after "re-importing" my edited nations.txt file. Of course, it's entirely possible that I'm doing something wrong...
