Bring up your team and go to 'options and ballparks'.

Click on 'team color and logos'

Load the suit uniform then exit 'team colors and logos'

Then click on 'scouting and personel'

Next click on 'team personel'

Then slect your GM

Click on 'picture' then select 'new picture'

Then select 'freeze picture.' This way the GM will not revert back to team uniforms when you change it for your team.

Now go back to 'team colors and logos' and load your regular uniform

That's it.
