OK, the file you downloaded is a .zip file. The first thing you need to do is unzip the file using an archiving program like WinZip or WinRAR. Then you need to copy the pictures you unzip into the directory I listed above.

If this doesn't help enough, trying searching the forums and doing some research about this. There are probably 500 threads on how to do this. You can search in the OOTP 9 and OOTP 8 forums as well - the process is the same.

Also, it might help if you tell us exactly what you did do so we can troubleshoot your process. Your original post is too vague. That is why you aren't getting many responses. There are lots of reasons pictures do not work.
