Lou Bogash vs Tino Albanese - Bogash had built up a solid lead through the first 9 rounds, but in the 10th round he threw it all away with his 6th foul, a blatant low blow. The referee immediately disqualified Bogash making this a huge upset!

Silvio Branco vs Artenio Calzavara - Branco used slick movement and fast hands to thoroughly dominate Calzavara. He caught Calzavara coming in for a knockdown in the 5th round of this 15 round decision. The judges scored it 8-7 () 11-3, 10-4.

Piero Del Papa vs Yawe Davis - Davis built up a solid lead then scored the lone knockdown in the 11th. He then held on to earn a 9-6, 6-8, 9-6 split decision.

Antonio Brancalion vs Vittorio Saraudi - Saraudi scored the lone knockdown in the 7th round and had forged a small lead in this very close fight when in the 12th round a nasty gash on his nose forced the end of the fight. Brancalion earned the 12 TKO despite being behind 6-5 on all 3 cards.
