I've decided to start a baseball hall of fame that we can all vote on.

You may use whatever criteria you like. We will do one year per week. However, this is going to be done in reverse order chronologically. I'll start with the 2009 ballot and we will work backwards from here.

75% induction.
25% to remain on ballot.
