I have exactly the same problem : the upload doesn't work for me. I just switched from 9 and everything was fine.

The file uploaded, in my case, is huge : 186 megs. But it usually passes like a knife in hot butter.

After about 10 tries, I finally dropped the file manually on the server...

Anyone having ideas?
