The IBA is a league that is looking for some new blood, but has a great base of GM's currently. We sim 5 days a week and it is 10 days at a time so the league allows you to build a winner quickly and everyone loves a fun rebuilding project. You must own the game as well. We use these criteria:
1-100 rating system
Winterball (27 or younger, 3 guys per team)
Betting/Writing articles for points
Points can be redeemed to improve players (hard to make them STUDS though)
No 40 man rosters
No Rule 5
