I am in a number of leagues as you can see from my signature. As far as time per day just depends, when setting lineups, etc. it usually doesn't take but 5 minutes, 10 tops to set it and send the file to the commish. Sometimes I have no changes so it is just time to send an email. Other times when talking trade with guys it can take awhile, but that is something that you may or may not be involved in during the year. The most time is probably when you have to get ready for the ammy draft or look over free agents for the free agent period. Those things happen during the off-season so you aren't sending in the lineups, etc. It also makes a difference how often the league conducts a sim and how many games are simmed at a time(the more games or sims the more prep work for the GM).
