I'm really looking forward to this. Don't know that much about Papp, other than the standard bio. It will be interesting to see how well he can adapt to the pro game -- from everything I've read and seen, there was a large stylistic gulf between many of the top Europeans and their American counterparts back then, with the former favoring an upright, methodical (robotic?) style better suited to the amateurs. With Papp coming to America, can he assimilate with the likes of Zale, Graziano, LaMotta and Robinson? Then again, that Cerdan guy did OK (and might again?).
