Also unable to patch to 10.4.31 (Mac)

I sent this e-mail to PISD Paul five days ago. Their site suggests a 24 hour wait for a reply, but I'm nearing five times that. I doubt this is an OotP Developments problem, but since PISD won't respond, I'm looking where the light's better:

"I am on an eMac. I am unable to direct the patch to the game. The game is not in the default location (which does not exist on my machine), but in Games>OotP Baseball>OotP Baseball 10>OOTP10.app

The installer isn't giving me any options after getting as far as the Games folder, just to go back up to the next higher level.

I thought it might be simpler to just redownload the entire game, but that didn't work, either. Once again, your installer wants to put the game in a non-existent default location. I tried to direct the installer to where I want the game, and again it wouldn't give me any options below the level of the Games folder. I selected the 'create new folder' option while the Games folder was selected, thinking I could later drag this new folder to where I really want it. Before hitting the button to proceed with the install, I decided not to take anything for granted and checked through the Finder. No new folder was in the Games folder, although your installer thought there was and was prepared to install the game there.

I have no idea why your installer is so insistent upon trying to do installations to places that don't exist, nor why it refuses to install to places that do exist, but until you figure out what's going on, I can't update my game."

Hope someone here can help. And I STRONGLY suggest that, due to this and other unrelated problems that have received voluble airing up in General Discussions, for OotPB11 you dump PISD and go back to eSellerate for Mac licenses. I never had problems with eSellerate.
