That one is
Ballpark Weiner and I convert the text to a shape and use the pen tool to create the "tail".
Here are a few other good fonts that I use when I want a script style... of course, I still use the old standby "Brush Script" which should already be on any Windows computer....

Pullman
and for that old-time script look (pre 1920's I'd say) there is
Commercial Script and
Landliebe
for an old style look..
