At the bottom there is a link to download previous versions. You have to navigate to the ootp9setup file for your platform (PC, Mac, etc..).

The OOTP league files are not directly backwards compatible. If you want to remain in an online league that uses OOTP 9, you will also have to use OOTP 9.
