Yeah, sorry about that. As mikey said, I'm not exactly going to be liberal with my online time in the near term.
Anyways, I created a dummy folder in My Documents (OOTPtemp) that I copied and pasted the .exe into. I try to install the patch to that folder and it still won't let me.
