I agree with you there. I had a situation last night using 1-pitch mode where I clicked 'run and hit' on a 1-0 count...my guy took off when it was 1-2 and they pitched out and threw him out....I wouldn't have run and hit on 1-2...he should have went on the next pitch.
When it's 0-0, 1-0, or 2-0 and you click swing away and they do on 3-0, I just throw my hands up in the air. Not only do they swing on 3-0 but they pop up or dribble the ball to the pitcher or something similar cause obviously the batter has no advantage on a 3-0 count
...or a 3-1 count while I'm mentioning it...pitchers survive too often against me when they pitch from behind...or so it seems. My luck when pitching seems different...
