Kin 1-11 Nightmares – Nine runs over the 1st three stanzas put paid to any hopes Bumpkindale had of winning this one, as Riverbottom stomped them into the mud on a cloudy day at The River’s Edge (8,947). Following a 1B Wally Walleye (.286,1,44) RBI single in the 1st, the Nighties blew the game open in the 2nd – aided by a 2-run ripsnort from CF Snooty Rotheschilde (.272,6,25) and a 2-RBI double from Walleye.
