I usually do 5%...for the HS feeder leagues it's 1%
For MLB it doesn't matter since they are all imported

And because I make the South American and other Hispanic countries non existent, they usually come from Europe or Canada

I think The AA and IL have 28 Canadians and 18 from other countries a majority of that 18 from England and Ireland.

That will change when I modify the nation editor in game as years go by
