I am as frustrated as you are Cap that this title is stalled again. I wish that there were a solution but this statement is woefully off-base and not fair to either Andreas or the people that were on the beta team and helped him.
Right around the release date, you made this same argument on a different site claiming to have inside knowledge that a select few were wasting the programmer's time on a matter (roll playing) that wasn't even really discussed in the beta process. That statement was wrong and unfair and so is this slightly altered one.
Andreas bought the rights from the Trunzos to move the process forward and very quickly got v 2.5 out after that. From all accounts that I have heard, it sold very poorly. I can't blame Andreas for not updating 2.5 very often or for not coming out with another version. It frustrates the heck out of me but I understand it.
Making accusations isn't going to get us anywhere. Spreading the word that a job is open for a novice programmer that wants to make a little name for himself would be a better place to spend our energies.
