Here's what I have, it seems consistent with what others have.
Main folder:

ballcaps contains 'default_ballcap_texture' and a 'readme' doc
import_export empty
jerseys empty
messages contains 45 'readme' docs msgs 1-45
news contains 2 folders html and txt
html contains additional folders box_scores coaches game_logs history images(contains in game images bb america logo, stars ect.) leagues players reports scripts('datecheck' and 'sorttable' JScript files) teams and temp.
txt contains subfolders leagues players teams - all empty
replays empty
settings empty
temp contains DAT files 'coaches' human_managers' 'messages' 'names' 'nations2' 'offers' 'parks' 'players' 'retired' 'scouting' 'teams' 'trades' 'weather' and 'world'
I don't have the page_links subfolder or the faces and ethnicities files, but I think those are created when I, if I, open the game.
I'm getting error msgs saying the world file is missing, corrupt or from a previous version.
