I am interested in joining the league, especially if the league would be using the new Rolen/GForce roster set. I have been waiting for a new OOTP4 league to begin with a draft and this roster set (should be quite amazing). As for names for the league, I have no idea. Suggestions: I prefer teams to start on equal grounds (fan base/loyalty/stadium size) but that is just my opinion, if a majority of people prefer the variations in revenues that a variety of stadiums produce that is fine as well.
