I would actually like to start a universe with only 8 weight divisions like in the old days .

Have any of you estimated the impact of moving folks up from the jr divisions to a full blown one .Example jrlw to lw . Do you think the automatic adjustments built into the game work or do you use alternate methods ?
Do some of you just play this scenario without adjustments for weight class?
I am curious how the folks out there use this process
