Well I entered into the salary cap space 100,000,000 yet still 6 or 7 teams choose year after year to be over the cap and just pay the luxury tax....I noticed underneath there though it says soft cap so I wondered if I had to change those values to get my hard camp I want lol. What I'm looking for is rosters to be illegal if you go over the $100million hard salary cap I'm looking to set. Right now It seems just to be taxing those that choose to go over.
