I upgraded to Vista 64 bit from Windos XP on my good machine so I could take advantage of more RAM.

Still had the folders and stuff after the upgrade. Couldn't start the game. It asked me for the license.

I tried to uninstall the game on my other computer but I can't uninstall the game over there either.

In another thread, I found a reference to an "elicense" screen in Windows Control Panel but I don't have anything like that on either computer.
