Sure you can quote the Yankees, Red Sox, or even the 90's Braves. But except for a few occasions these teams weren't winning 115 games a season and having guys put up insane 350 BA, 50 HR, 150 RBI seasons.

The computer is dumb as a rock, so you have to be magnanimous and not take advantage of his small brain. If you are capable of this self-control, then OOTP will provide you with the most realistic baseball management experience you have ever experienced.......
And it's not like there is another buying option that will provide you with a more cerebral opponent......
