In no particular order, here are some things I have jotted down over the past few weeks:
1) Could I see hitting and fielding stats by position on the team stat screens similar to the way Starting and Relief Pitching is broken down on the Team Pitching Stat screen?...
2) Which leads to...Could I see the Starting and Relief breakdown for individuals instead of just teams on their BNN player page?
3) Could you make the Menus a little easier to navigate? Many times my mouse slips off when transferring from one drop down menu to the next drop down menu; if the second drop down menu was positioned where the top of that menu was ABOVE my mouse pointer, rather than at the same level, I think it would alleviate this issue.....small, but annoying...
4) There are several places in the game where making a selection resets the screen (the manager set up options is one: when you click on "exit auto-play if player is injured")...this is annoying.
In the same vein, the Lineup screens reset, forgetting the filters you've set for viewing stats, whenever you make a change. Please fix...
5) As I mentioned in another post, Intentional walks are not being given often enough to the #8 hitter batting in front of the pitcher.
6) Could I please copy and paste PCM's and LTM's from one league to another? This would save a ton of my limited lifespan......I spent literally 9+ hours setting a league up only to have it crash as I was adjusting the last minor league that needed to be created....
7) In the same vein, since my leagues take me forever to set up, I tried using World Templates to save partial progress. Unfortunately, I found out this does not work.....league creation hangs every time during logo creation for some reason...
8) I want to play with managers who make strategic decisions, but do not want to play with coaching ability influencing player development. Either allow me to play with manager's only, or (Even better) let me set all coaches to 'average'.....(I like having coaches; I just don't want them to DO anything...

)......also drop the bench coach stuff, I just want a manager to make decisions....
9) I want to see GIDP's on the Team Batting Statistics page....
10) Big one....I want to be able to use the nifty feature you've included for re-importing the names and ethnicity databases. Unfortunately, it does not work properly. I've listed this in the Tech Forum, so I won't elaborate here...
11) The game should default to creating leagues where the Short Season and Rookie Leagues begin AFTER the draft. Currently, created leagues have all their minors start at the beginning of the Major league season.
12) I would like to edit the beginning and ending date of seasons (not schedules), so as to co-ordinate leagues and avoid a lot of the silly player movement that I believe is caused by leagues beginning and ending asynchronously. Another solution would be to have all leagues follow the Event schedule of their parent leagues, but I'd rather be able to set them to what I want. Might think of a reason to set it at another date....
13) I want to be able to set the maximum contract length offer. Being able to set this at one, would make it easier to use Independent leagues as feeders without having them tie up talent with multi-year contracts. Back before the free agency era began, it was very rare for anyone to have a contract for more than the current season, including major leaguers.....
14) Way back in OOTP 6, I talked you into lowering roster limits down to 12, but now they are up to 15 minimum. Why is this? 12 is all teams really had in the 1870's and when historically simming there just aren't enough players to fill 15 slots....
15) Also, in a related vein, I would like to be able to set the roster composition league-wide. Sort of make a template that teams need to follow: so many starting pitchers, relievers, catchers, etc. Would really help with historical simming....
16) I would like 7 tiers of minors, please. Or even better, I would like unlimited minor league levels by being able to set a league strength value.
I read a post where you seem to state that we have that now, but the computer GM's do not seem to distinguish leagues by the modifiers, but by the labels. I tested this by changing a AAA league's levels to be equal to the Rookie league and vice verse. The computer didn't seem to notice the changes I made and continued to use the Rookie League as it's lowest minor league level and the AAA team as its highest.
That's enough for now......
Just so I don't seem like I am complaining: if you do not follow through on any of my suggestions, you still have made the best baseball game I have ever played and I thank you for the hours I have lost fiddling around with it.......
