The Houston Astros suffered a big loss to their outfield today when
Hunter Pence (.188, 1 HR, 1 RBI) suffered a fractured ankle while landing awkwardly after going up in the air to try to catch a ball. He is expected to miss 4-5 months of action.
----------
Jermaine Dye (.313, 2 HR, 7 RBI) made history when he became the second White Sox player in as many days to crank out his 300th home run of his career. Dye shows no signs of slowing down and could add a considerable number of home runs to that total.
