Adding nations to the world
I'm running a state based league and I just found a mod "States as Nations" from padresfans, which essentially allows you to treat, say North Carolina, as its own nation. I think this is great and want to incorporate this into my NC league.
But, now that I've started my world, can i change the nations list? I've tried putting the mod files into the right place, but it doesn't give me any states as options when I go to change the nation. It's the same list as before. I see a nations.dat file within my game save and I don't think I can edit that. Just curious what to do. Thanks ...
