Injury hits Milwaukee left fielder

Milwaukee, WI. - Milwaukee left fielder Keith Smith left today's game with a sprained ankle. The injury looked like it occurred making a defensive play in the game against Cincinnati. One fan said, "As soon as it happened, you could tell something was wrong." The injury will likely leave the Brewers without Smith for about 3 weeks.
Smith is hitting .316 this season with 9 home runs, 53 RBIs and 58 runs scored. He has 100 hits in 316 at-bats.
Smith will head to the 15 day disabled list. A corresponding roster move has not been announced as of yet.
