"Uh you wanted to see me sir?"
"Ah yes come in. Have a seat Yab. I just wanted to have a little face to face time to see how the boys are doing."
"Well sir it has been quite a hectic couple of days. What with the big trade going down and the new guys coming up from AAA. The new guys are still trying to fit in and of course trying to adjust to big league ball."
"I kind of figured that would happen. But even before I was officially in charge here in Milwaukee I had my eye on Ramos. That kid is going to be something special. He was tearing the cover off the ball when we got him. How are he and the new guys faring so far?"
"Well Ramos has been struggling a bit. Hes gotten a few hits but he hasn't really found his groove batting lead off for us. The center fielder you called up, Robinson, doesn't have a hit yet at all. But that second baseman you brought up has been fantastic. Mun they call him. Hes been doing so well that we actually have him in the starting lineup now."
"Right Han-Lee Mun. I made a call to Jeff Isom the manager of our Triple A affiliate up in Appleton. I told him we needed a middle infielder to come off the bench for us and he told me about Mun. I didn't really see him as a starter up here but if hes producing like you say then by all means start him. I'm not about to step on your toes and tell you how to manage. Well I've got another meeting to head to. Keep plugging away and I'll try to get a meeting like this scheduled every month or so. Make sure you come prepared with a report on how our team is doing.
