I believe the answer is no, though I suppose there might be a work-around. If you exported each league's roster into separate files, and deleted all of the minor leaguers from the ML file (assuming you knew who they were), then re-imported the files separately, it might work. However, I'm not sure you'd gain anything by going to that kind of trouble. Minor leaguers tend to get shuffled around pretty quickly, and pretty often, unless you are micro-managing all the rosters for all the teams in your game.
