I recently discovered this game and downloaded, I was recently in a less advanced fantasy baseball simulation league in which I was familiar to. I have a couple questions about constructing an online league for which my friends and I could participate in.

1. Does everybody have to have the application? What makes it different if you do or don't?

2. Is there a way to be drafting the players that the major league teams are drafting?

3. Where does everybody get all these websites for their leagues and are they easy to maintain?

There might be more later but those are all for now, can someone please help me out?
