I just started the game up and it wants me to re-enter the license. so i put my license in and it says: "The product was not activated. Please check the serial number was entered correctly and try again. Game will run in demo mode." The problem is that I have entered the proper serial #/license and it still won't work.

I am using mac, and the game version is 10.1.14.
is this a known issue? Quickly checked through the form here and didn't notice anyone having the same problem with mac.
