MAC - Question
Ok I am having a terrible time with this and have spent the better part of the last week trying to get someone to help and I keep getting shipped back & forth between ootp & the licenscing company
Here is my problem when i download the patch to my MAC - I lost the licence so now I try to reload it and when I type in the serial # it does nothing?
So I tried to re-download the patch and now it tells me that it "failed to write to disk. To use system folders you must have admin rights, otherwise please select a folder you do have write to access"
I called the IT dept at my office and they said I have admin rights and that there must for some reason be a specific folder that I don't have admin rights to and this is the one that is the recommended
Is there another folder I can put it in or does anyone know what folder I need rights to ? Any help would be greatly appreciated my online league starts today & i can't do anything!
