Verify that you didn't simply load the "full profile" which, despite its name, includes everything BUT history -- you have to manually enter the almanac settings and select the history reports.

But -- a counterpoint -- why would you want to? The history compiles all prior years -- so your Year Two almanac will have the history of Year One (which is available in your Year One almanac), your Year Three almanac will include the history for years One and Two (again, available in each specific year's almanac) and so on and so forth.
